the highest standards.
The course is a comprehensive & expertly designed program, developed from over 20 years of experience at the Reformer Fitness Academy.

classroom theory.
The theory explores functional anatomy, biomechanics, movement principles, programme architecture, and the ethics of professional practice. Rather than teaching sequences to be replicated, the course offers a diverse range of movements that can be interpreted.
Graduates are expected to think critically; to understand not only what they are teaching, but the reasoning that underpins every decision.
studio discipline.
The full reformer repertoire is studied in depth, including intelligent progressions, considered regressions, and meaningful modifications. Emphasis is placed on observational perceptiveness, refined and clear cueing, equipment fluency, and professional presence.
Supervised teaching is integrated throughout the duration of the course allowing trainees instruct within a supported environment, receiving detailed, individualised feedback and precise correction will be precise.
Self-practice and observation hours are also a course requirement, developing technical skill and confidence.
assessment. achievement.
A qualification will be granted to those who teach with clarity & restraint and can practice with professional responsibility following the successful completion of:
– A written theory exam
– A formal practical teaching assessment (via video)
– Submission of a structured class design and client case analysis
– Fulfilment of required practice and observation hours
This level of assessment exists to protect the integrity of the qualification and the safety of those who will one day step into your studio.
On completion of the course, graduates will be awarded a certificate issued by Sculpt Social Wellness Club x Reformer Fitness Academy.
This is an educational qualification designed to meet current UK industry expectations for studio-based Reformer instruction. As with all professional training in the UK, graduates remain responsible for meeting the insurance and employment criteria relevant to their chosen professional pathway.
