Trial Class Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Trial classes are available to new clients only who have not previously attended a paid session at Sculpt Social Wellness Club.
Each person is entitled to one trial class unless otherwise specified in a promotion.
2. Booking & Attendance
Trial classes should be booked in advance through our online booking system or via the Sculpt team.
Places are subject to availability and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the trial session.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes if required (e.g., instructor illness or low attendance). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date.
4. Health & Safety
By booking a trial, you confirm that you are fit and healthy to participate in physical exercise and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to your instructor prior to the class.
Pregnant participants must ensure they are cleared by their GP or midwife to take part in pre-natal exercise.
Post-natal participants should have completed their 6–8 week check (or equivalent medical clearance) before attending.
All participants must follow instructor guidance during class to ensure their safety and that of others.
5. Studio Etiquette
Mobile phones should be on silent during class.
Please respect other members and the studio environment at all times.
6. Liability
Sculpt Social Wellness Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises, except in cases of proven negligence.
Personal belongings are brought to the studio at your own risk.
7. Promotional Use
Occasionally, classes or community events may be photographed or filmed for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any imagery, please inform your instructor before class.
8. Changes to Terms
Sculpt Social Wellness Club reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website or upon request.

Full Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Agreement
By signing up to a membership at Sculpt Social Wellness Club ("Sculpt", "we", "us"), you (“the member”) agree to the terms outlined below. These terms form a contract between you and Sculpt Social Wellness Club.
2. Membership Duration & Commitment
All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment from the start date of your membership.
Your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis after the initial 3 months, unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
3. Payments
Membership fees are collected monthly in advance via direct debit or recurring card payment.
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of error or exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership any time after the initial 3-month term with at least 7 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
If you choose to cancel before the 3-month period ends, the remaining balance of the 3-month term will still be due.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to [your email address] and confirmed by our team.
5. Pausing Membership
Memberships can be paused for up to 2 months within a 12-month period, subject to written request and approval.
6. Class Booking & Attendance
Members will have access to book classes as outlined in their chosen membership tier.
We ask that you cancel any class you cannot attend at least 12 hours in advance to allow others to book.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a loss of the session or a fee, as per our class policy.
7. Events & Community Perks
Membership includes access to exclusive events, run clubs, and wellness sessions depending on your tier.
Some events may require pre-registration or have limited capacity.
8. Studio Etiquette
Please arrive on time for classes.
Respect others in the space and the equipment provided. Any damages caused by misuse may be chargeable
9. Health & Safety
By becoming a member, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in physical activity.
Any injuries or medical concerns must be disclosed to us before participating in classes.
Sculpt is not responsible for any injury sustained while using the facilities unless due to negligence on our part.
10.Promotional Use
Occasionally, classes or community events may be photographed or filmed for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any imagery, please inform your instructor before class.
11. Changes to Terms & Pricing
We reserve the right to update our membership terms, pricing, or studio operations. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
