Pre Natal at Sculpt

Our beginner sessions are open to pregnant clients at every stage of pregnancy. Through gentle, low-impact reformer workouts you'll build core strength, improve posture, and support your changing body

We ask that you book in with one of our prenatal-qualified instructors - Grace Bend, Becksy Silverwood, or Sarah Lane - who are trained to keep you safe and supported throughout your pregnancy.

We're working on getting our full team qualified, so this list will grow.

*From 14 weeks, we recommend moving from regular classes into a beginner session for extra support.

Post Natal at Sculpt

Our postnatal sessions help new mums safely return to exercise at their own pace.

Through gentle, low-impact reformer movements combining strength, stretching, and breath work, you'll rebuild your core, ease tension from pregnancy and childcare, and restore balance to your body — all while connecting with a community of new mums.

Babies who aren't yet crawling or walking are welcome, so you don't have to leave them behind. Sessions run Mondays at 12:00 and 13:00 and Thursdays at 12:15 and 13:15.

*You can join from 6 weeks after a natural birth or 8 weeks after a C-section, once your GP has given you the all-clear.
