Prenatal Pilates at Sculpt Social Wellness Club

At Sculpt Social Wellness Club, we believe movement during pregnancy should feel empowering, supportive, and safe. Our Prenatal Pilates program is designed for every stage of pregnancy - whether you’re brand new to exercise or looking to complement your existing fitness routine.

Through gentle, low-impact reformer workouts, you’ll strengthen your core, improve posture and support your changing body without unnecessary strain. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to the needs of every trimester, helping you feel confident and cared for along the way.

More than just a workout, our Prenatal Pilates connects you with a community of women on a similar journey, building strength not just in body but in mind as you prepare for a special chapter of life.

Our Pre Natal Sessions are on a Monday at 13:00 and Thursday at 13:30 - you can use one of our regular membership options to book these sessions.

Post Natal at Sculpt

Our Postnatal Pilates sessions are designed to help new mums safely return to exercise while feeling supported every step of the way. With gentle, low-impact reformer movements, you’ll strengthen your core, ease tension from pregnancy and childcare, and restore balance to your body.

Each class combines strength, stretching, and breathwork to promote healing and energy—while giving you space to focus on your own wellbeing. At Sculpt Social Wellness Club, you’ll also find a welcoming community of mums who understand the postnatal journey, offering encouragement and connection alongside your practice.

Babies who are not yet crawling or walking are welcome, so you can care for yourself without leaving them behind.
