Sculpt is a social wellness club, predominantly based around Pilates, with a matcha café and a members' community under one roof. We're looking for a studio manager to run the day-to-day, so that every class, every coffee and every conversation feels considered.

You'll be the person members see first and the person the team relies on most.

What you'll do

• Lead front of house. Welcome members, set the tone and keep the space looking its best.

• Manage the instructor rota. Plan the schedule, arrange cover and keep classes running smoothly.

• Look after stock. Order, count and keep on top of everything the studio and The Lounge need.

• Support and curate events. Help shape our events programme and make sure each one runs well on the day.

• Own member communication. Answer membership enquiries and keep members informed.

• Work the bar. Make matcha and coffee in The Lounge as part of the role.

What we're looking for

• Experience running a front-of-house team or a busy customer-facing space

• An organised mind and an eye for detail

• A warm, confident way with people, in person and in writing

• Willing work required - to be discussed
